AgentComparison JSON API
Get the same source-linked agent records used by this directory as JSON. This is a public, read-only static API, with no account, API key or payment required.
Endpoints
- GET /api/agents.json: all agent records, a count and response metadata.
- GET /api/agent/manus-cue.json: one agent, wrapped with the same metadata.
For other agents, use an exact id from the full-list response in /api/agent/<id>.json. For example, Folk, Devin and ChatGPT workspace agents. Responses are served as application/json. Cross-origin reads are allowed. These URLs are files, not a live query service: there is no server-side search, filtering, pagination or write operation.
Response structure
Both response types contain schema_version, generated_at, evidence_note and documentation_url. The list adds count and an agents array. Single-record responses add agent.
Records include identity and category, documented capabilities with source links and check dates, permissions, limits, availability, pricing, source URLs and change history. Expanded records also include coverage_rows (feature, evidence status, detail, source URL) and setup_steps. These optional fields are not present for every agent.
Dates and unknowns
generated_at is when the API files were built. It does not mean every vendor statement was verified then. Use each record's last_checked and each capability's observed_at. Pricing may have its own verified_at. Null values and explicit unknowns mean the checked sources did not establish that fact, not that the product is free or lacks a feature.

For browser code, fetch the list, check the status and content type, parse JSON and filter the array locally. Request only the data you need and cache it. Files update when the website deploys, not continuously. There is no uptime promise or custom support agreement.
What this API does not prove
These are attributed vendor claims researched from public documentation. There are no performance scores, rankings, benchmark results or hands-on tests in this API. It does not guarantee product availability, reliability, current prices or completeness. Confirm wallet-bearing and sensitive actions directly with the vendor.
